Sherine Antoun, 博士学位, views himself primarily as a facilitator of learning, rather than as an expert who simply delivers information to students. He is always conscious of his students’ different learning styles, 学习速度, what they have already learned and what they will need to learn in the future. Feedback from his students is vital to the process of growth he has undergone since he began teaching. Antoun said that he has gained feedback and improved the pacing of lectures and effective ways to help his students learn in small group discussions.
