Students may authorize another party to view or inquire about their student record by submitting a Student Authorized Release of Information. Students can submit a Student Authorized Release of Information by logging into MAVzone and clicking on “My Account.” Next, select “Student” and click on the “Student Authorized Release of Information” link. Fill out the information for the individual you would like to give permission and save your changes.

If the confidentiality indicator is selected, please be aware of the following restrictions.
